ITC Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Manager to oversee operations in the Midwest Region. This role is integral to our mission of delivering superior products and services while fostering strong customer relationships and team excellence. 

The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous role, demonstrates exceptional leadership, and is passionate about driving results in a fast-paced environment.

This position will require a Midwest home base with travel expected to encompass, at minimum, 25% of your time commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationships:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth and satisfaction
  • Plan, coordinate, and control all rental activity for the assigned area.

Team Management:

  • Hire, train, coach, and manage field teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions as needed.

Fleet & Facilities Oversight:

  • Oversee vehicle, equipment, and facility operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support inventory management and repair processes for rental hay tarps and silage covers.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Supervise and prioritize workloads, ensuring resources and contingency plans meet customer needs.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor costs, quality, and productivity metrics.

Leadership & Development:

  • Foster team morale, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Actively participate in community enrichment efforts.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of customer relationship management and account receivables oversight.
  • At least 1 year of team management experience, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and cloud-based software applications.
  • Comfortable managing compliance with DOT processes for vehicle and equipment fleets.
  • Ability to accurately review and approve payroll, time records, and service paperwork.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the agriculture industry or similar product/distribution roles.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish.

  • Thrives as a self-starter in an autonomous role.
  • Action-oriented and capable of proactive problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with physical demands, including lifting and working in varying environmental conditions (extreme heat/cold).
