Certified Employee-Owned LogoESOP: Become An Employee Owner

In 2020, ITC Services became an employee-owned company. One of the great benefits of this decision by founder Glen Knopp is that our company can grow while maintaining the core values and service-driven philosophy our customers and employees have come to count on.

By joining our team and becoming an employee-owner, you have a long-term stake in the success and growth of ITC Services. Each employee-owner receives shares, resulting in a no-cost retirement benefit that grows as our company grows.

Training & Support

New team members learn on the job through ride-along training, working side by side with experienced employees who understand the pace and expectations of the work. Team members also receive operational training to start with a foundation of success to use in the field.

While formal career paths may vary by location, there are opportunities to take on more responsibility, build experience, and work across regions as the company continues to grow.

Employee Ownership & Benefits

As an employee-owned company, ITC Services offers the opportunity to share in the long-term success of the business. In addition to ESOP participation, employees may have access to traditional benefits such as health coverage and retirement options. Some positions may also offer strong seasonal earning potential for those willing to work hard during peak periods.

Who Thrives at ITC Services?

The people who do well at ITC Services are team-first, self-motivated, and dependable. They are comfortable with physical work, long days, and seasonal intensity. They take pride in showing up, doing the job right, and supporting the people they work alongside. Reliability, effort, and accountability matter here.

What Does A Day In the Life at ITC Services Look Like?

A typical day at ITC Services often starts early. You’ll meet with your crew, review the day’s plan, and head out to customer sites or begin inspecting and handling tarps. Your work may include installing or adjusting hay and silage coverings, securing tarps, picking up discarded materials, speaking directly with customers, and following up on their needs.

Conditions change from day to day. Some days are long. You may work in hot, cold, windy, or unpredictable weather. During peak seasons, the pace can move quickly because timing matters to our customers and their operations.

Teamwork is a constant part of the job. You’ll rely on your crew to work efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail. This is hands-on work, and while some tasks may be repetitive, each job requires focus and care based on the customer and the conditions. The priority is always to complete the work correctly while using safe practices for yourself and your team.

At the end of the day, the results are easy to see. Your work has a direct impact. Customers depend on what you help protect, and you’ll know you play a role in supporting valuable agricultural resources.

ITC Services is a place for people who value honest work, shared ownership, and being part of something that matters.
